This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between QuickWrench Mobile Oil Change ("QuickWrench," "we," "us") and the customer ("Customer," "you") at the time of booking. By scheduling a service appointment and checking the agreement checkbox during booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
QuickWrench provides mobile oil change and vehicle maintenance services at a location designated by the Customer. Services include but are not limited to oil and filter changes, fluid top-offs, and visual inspections as described during booking. All services are performed by trained technicians using quality parts and fluids appropriate for your vehicle.
The Customer agrees to: (a) provide accurate vehicle information including year, make, model, and any known existing conditions at the time of booking; (b) ensure the service location is safe, accessible, and on level ground; (c) ensure the vehicle is accessible and that any pets, children, or bystanders are kept at a safe distance during service; and (d) disclose any pre-existing mechanical issues, leaks, or damage prior to service.
QuickWrench will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However, QuickWrench is not liable for pre-existing mechanical conditions, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by undisclosed vehicle issues. QuickWrench's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.
The Customer acknowledges that QuickWrench performs a visual inspection of accessible components as a courtesy. This inspection does not constitute a comprehensive mechanical assessment. QuickWrench is not responsible for identifying or disclosing issues beyond the scope of the service booked. Any recommendations made by our technician are advisory only.
If a drain plug, oil filter housing, or other component is found to be stripped, damaged, or otherwise unable to be serviced safely, QuickWrench reserves the right to decline service without penalty. A diagnostic fee may apply. The Customer agrees that QuickWrench is not responsible for pre-existing stripped threads, cross-threaded plugs, or damage caused by prior service providers.
QuickWrench warrants that all oils and filters used meet or exceed manufacturer specifications for your vehicle. In the event of a product defect, QuickWrench will remedy the issue at no charge if reported within 7 days of service. This warranty does not cover issues arising from vehicle misuse, neglect, or undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. QuickWrench accepts all major credit and debit cards. By booking a service, the Customer authorizes QuickWrench to charge the agreed service amount upon completion. Additional services requested on-site beyond the original booking are subject to additional charges with Customer approval prior to performing the work.
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at no charge with at least 2 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to $25 at QuickWrench's discretion.
QuickWrench may take photos of the vehicle, service area, and completed work for quality assurance and internal records purposes. These photos will not be shared publicly without Customer consent.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer agrees to contact QuickWrench directly at service@quickwrenchmobile.com within 7 days of service before pursuing any third-party resolution. QuickWrench will make a good-faith effort to resolve any legitimate concern promptly and fairly.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be filed in Nash County, North Carolina.
By checking the agreement checkbox during online booking, the Customer confirms they have read and agree to all terms of this Service Agreement. This electronic acceptance is legally binding and timestamped at the time of booking.
